We grabbed the KX-TG6512B the other day to try before going for it on a bigger program with 6 devices. Our old Uniden 5.8 GHz program was great, but power supply power on all the devices are dropping their capability to keep a cost and it inhibits our wifi system. I began looking for a DECT 6.0 alternative program but never discovered one that had all the functions we were looking for, but now that I almost came across the 6500 sequence from Panasonic it looks like I've discovered our ideal mobile Panasonic. Here's what I like: - You can change the banner on each device. This may seem like a slight function, but we had gotten used to it on the Uniden and liked it. - You can examine the Contact ID on one device after someone else has already responded to a ask for another device. We actually end up doing this quite a bit with our old Uniden mobile phones, but I had study a evaluation of the mature Panasonic 6440 mobile phones Panasonic that said this wasn't possible. I was very pleased to see this now performs, since I was about prepared to stay without that function. - The devices have ports for wired headphones. My spouse and I both perform in the specialized area and often end up working on the computer while on a trip, and a ear phones is a better choice than a cellphone. This was a must-have function for us, and many of the Uniden mobile phones don't have it. - The cellphone excellent is very excellent. We were always very satisfied with the audio of the Uniden cellphone on the devices, but the new Panasonic audio excellent is at least as excellent. - The power supply power in the device are conventional NiMH AAA rechargeables rather than the exclusive (and expensive) power supply used in the Uniden. Should we ever need to substitute them it will be simple and inexpensive. - There are buckle segments for the devices. We don't use this a lot, but we do every once in a while, especially when using a ear phones. Some of the other designs I checked out didn't have this. Observe that if you put the buckle cut on the ear phones it protects up the little grippy fix on the returning that's there to help you keep the device between your neck and ear, so if you like to keep your cellphone on your neck you may want to overlook out on the buckle cut. - The control buttons on the cellphone are back-lit and readily available and force. On some of the new Uniden devices the three control buttons in an personal row are all run together and I observed that they can be less readily available. - The show on the device is black-on-white and very readable. - The cellphone will set its time frame and time from the Contact ID information. - The concept holding out indication mild on the mobile phones Panasonic can be personally converted off simply by forcing and positioning the "#" key. Our old Uniden cellphone would sometimes forget the indication from the cellphone organization to convert off the mild, so it's awesome that there's an choice to personally do it quickly on the Panasonic if the need occurs. There are many other functions relevant to deal with guides, etc. that are less important to us so I haven't worried to understand about them or try them. However, depending on the above I'm incredibly satisfied with this new Panasonic cellphone. We've only used it a very brief time, but I was satisfied enough to order the KX-TG6545B with 5 involved devices to be our substitute our old Uniden program. This contributes a platform speaker phone with keyboard, as well as an responding to program we'll never use (we have voicemail from the cellphone company). So, to evaluation, I really like this cellphone (love is too powerful a term for a wifi phone). We've not used it enough to know how well it'll perform in the future, but depending on opinions of other Panasonic mobile phones Panasonic I'm positive about that. |

Amazon Verified Purchase Needed a phone to replace our old GE. Does what it is supposed to do. The speaker phone works great and since my husband isn't the best when it comes to hearing, he hasn't complained yet when it rings.Easy to read.Has a lot of features. The answering machine is very clear and easy to understand. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for someone who isn't into all the high tech. |
